Do they sell Jac Vanek bracelets at Hot Topic?

Someone told me you can buy Jac Vanek bracelets at Hot Topic. I checked their site and it doesn’t say Jac Vanek from what I saw. They are the same price though. I’m not getting a knock off when I could get one for the same price, so are they real Jac Vaneks?
