How to get a look with arm warmers like Alice Cullen in New Moon?

I want to wear my arm warmers to school, and I thought Alice wore them best. How can I get a similar look with pink and blue striped arm warmers?
AS IN MAKE AN OUTFIT!!!! not were to get the arm warmers. I have some already, I want an outfit.

oh easy! get a long sleeve shirt thats a pink color to match the arm warmers, then get a black type of dress with a pink scarf to match the rest of the pink then wear some leggings and boots. or just a black tank top with a pink scraf get a black hat n a pair of jeans.
