IT Service Package
Our complete IT service includes:
- Daily local Backups
- Weekly Remote Backups
- Bi-weekly PC Preventive Maintenace
- Firewall configuration to maximize network security
- Network Maintenance and Advice
- Ulimited technical support and consulting phone calls.
- Unlimite Remote Assitance for hardware and software troubleshooting
- Service calls will be charged at a reduced $30/hr
Service does not include software or hardware upgrades needed to bring the network and computers to a secure and working configuration. We will recommend any changes that need to be made.
Any equipment or software that you decide to use will need to be purchased separately.
$95/month—min 2 PCs +$45 for each additional PC.
Initial one time Setup and Consulting fee of $200.
