How can I recreate the strawberry canvas from the movie Across the Universe?

If you guys have seen this movie, the strawberry scene is pretty intense. I want to make the same piece of artwork, but don’t know how. I want it to last so I’d like to use fake strawberries… where can I get them? And what should I use for the juice, paint? Thanks :]
